Lucy Add-ons: Map overview add-on

The TLcyMapOverviewAddOn and TLcyLspMapOverviewAddOn provide an overview map. This overview map:

contains an indication of the area on which the main map is currently focused
allows to edit this indicator, which in turn will focus the main map on the new area.

The TLcyMapOverviewAddOn is responsible for providing the overview map, and plugs in support for the GXY map components. The TLcyLspMapOverviewAddOn only plugs in the support for Lightspeed maps.
