Model class for the GML Linear Ring Type.
A LinearRing is defined by four or more coordinate tuples, with linear interpolation between them; the first and last coordinates must be coincident.
An important difference between this class and the GML2 type is that in GML2 the first and last point of a ring must be the same. In this implementation, this final duplicate element is filtered out during decoding. As such, in this linear ring the end point is NOT the same as the start point. The implementation however guarantees that on encoding to GML2 the first element is marshalled again at the end of the list of points to make sure the GML2 constraint is met.
