A model descriptor for ARINC models containing
ILcdAirspace objects
that represent Restrictive Airspaces.
The type name (getTypeName()) and the display name (getDisplayName())
are respectively set to "ARINC" and
TLcdARINCRestrictiveAirspaceModelDescriptor.DISPLAY_NAME.
