The new instance will contain a feature class mapping for each feature in the ILcdWayPointFeature interface.

Returns a TLcdWaypointFeatureClassMapper object.

This method will always return the same instance. The returned instance will contain a feature class mapping for each feature in the ILcdWayPointFeature interface.
