The backend of Lucy (ILcyLucyEnv) glues the different add-ons together.
Among other things, it exposes:
- The registered services.
- Methods to find a certain add-on instance.
- Events when add-ons are loaded.
- Functionality common to all add-ons like the user interface manager, the workspace manager, ... .
