`public interface ILcdMatrix`
An `ILcdMatrix` represents a regular 2D data structure where values can be accessed through integer coordinates. Since these integer coordinates are not normally the "true" coordinates of the data points, it is possible to retrieve the true coordinates with the methods getX and getY.
