To manage your licenses and download license files as a customer, go to the licensing portal.

To request licenses as an Octave or Hexagon employee, please contact Technical support.

To report license issues that cannot be resolved with the instructions in Check your license installation, contact Technical support.

As a customer, you can download product software updates such as patches from the licensing portal:

As an Octave employee, you can download product software updates from Octave's Azure Storage space. If you do not have access to this, please contact Technical support.

As a Hexagon employee, you can contact Technical support to get access to product software updates.
