The default layer factory for BingMaps models. All models created by the TLcdBingMapsModelDecoder are supported.

This layer factory:

• can create layers for models that have a TLcdBingMapsModelDescriptor as model descriptor.
• uses TLcdEarthGXYRasterPainter to paint its elements.
