To manage your licenses and download license files, go to the licensing portal.

To report license issues that cannot be resolved with the instructions in Check your license installation, send an e-mail to support.luciad.gsp@hexagon.com instead.

You can download product software updates such as patches from the licensing portal.

To download the updates:

  1. Log in to the licensing portal.
  2. Select the products you want to download.
    You will receive an expiring link to the download site for the software you selected.

If you do not have access to the licensing portal, please contact the licensing administrator at your company or contact us at customerservices.luciad.gsp@hexagon.com to obtain a login.
