How to use custom Bing Maps layers

Next to Bing Maps imagery, the TLcdBingMapsModelDecoder can also decode imagery models that access their data in a way that is similar to Bing Maps. This means that a URI pattern should be provided that uses the same quad-key based, pseudo-mercator tiling structure as Bing Maps.
